風管不得采用S型插條、C型直角插條及立聯(lián)合角插條的連接方式。空氣潔凈等級為1～5級的風管不得采用按扣式咬口。

凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風管的法蘭鉚釘間距應(yīng)小于100 mm，空氣潔凈等級為1～5的風管法蘭鉚釘間距應(yīng)小于65mm。

風管制作場所應(yīng)相對封閉，制作場地宜鋪設(shè)不易產(chǎn)生灰塵的軟性材料

風管應(yīng)減少縱向接縫，玻璃鋼通風管道，且不得有橫向接縫。

風管加工連接螺栓、螺母、墊圈和鉚釘應(yīng)采用鍍鋅或其他防腐措施，不得使用抽芯鉚釘。
